Well, everyone, in case you didn't know....I've got some big HUGE news. Tim and I are ENGAGED! :o) We're getting married on July 2nd. Why the rush you ask? Well, I applied for a special duty assignment at Croughton RAF, Northamptonshire, England. I haven't officially gotten the word that the job is mine, but it's definitely leaning in my favor. We had talked about getting engaged sometime next year, so we just moved things up a bit so that he can come with me when and if I go.
So, tomorrow we leave for OKC to visit his parents and then when we get back, wedding prep kicks into high gear. We're keeping things small, so don't be offended if you don't get an invite. I will be sending announcements to everyone. We are going to build a wedding website and that should be up by next week, so I'll post a link here....

Well, my birthday was great. I got up early went for a run and then went and had coffee with Tim. Came home, sprayed him with the hose and then went to lunch with Dane.... (woooo for Big Bowl's crispy orange peel chicken...) Then came home and bummed around the house all day, Tim gave me my birthday present, a kick ass MP3 player for me to wear when I run.... then we got all dressed up, (see below) and went out to dinner at Opal. *sigh* I love sushi... It was wonderful. Anyway, I can now say that 24 was a great year, and I expect that 25 will be even better....more to come on the birthday front seeing as my party is on Saturday....talk soon,~e
